Next Available Appointments

Summary​

This use case is meant to provide you a list of the next available appointments within RxVantange for a NPI and any of the office locations in which the NPI resides.

API Endpoint​

The specification for the endpoint can be found at Retrieve Next Available Appointments.

This endpoint requires a machine token via Machine Authentication.

Use Case Details​

A common scenario may be that you have a screen in your system in which a rep is logged in and the are looking at an NPI. When viewing that NPI it is possible to request from the RxVantage API what that Drs next available appointments are, RxVantage will return a list of offices and the next available appointment within that office.

Here is a sample screen of how the information returned from RxVantage could be presented.

Within this sample presentation, we are looking at 2 offices in which the NPI is associated and within each office the next available appointment with that NPI is presented.
